London to Brighton is a mere 54 miles when cycled on the British Heart Foundation's annual charity bike ride!
This year saw Refreshed Media Director Simon Melaniphy successfully complete the event, raising over £1000 for charity on a warm summer Sunday, and arriving in Brighton to enjoy a chilled glass or two of champagne.
