Refreshed team cycle for the British Heart Foundation

Refreshed Media staff took to the countryside on Sunday 11th May for the 'Hearts First' bike ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation. Starting and finishing at Queen Elizabeth's School in Wimborne, the course wove its way around deepest Dorset on what was the hottest day of the year so far.

Four members of the Bournemouth office eventually lined up at the start line, before setting off in the pleasant morning sun...We then took a wrong turn out of the school and spent a minute riding in the wrong direction before realising, turning back and setting off again in the right direction.

Simon, Charlie and Jon heroically took on the 50 mile route and Rob completed the 25 mile ride and was home in time for lunch (I didn't have the right bike for 50 miles!!)...and other such excuses...

It was in fact a great day, in glorious sunshine and almost £1000 was made for charity so thank you to every one that sponsored us. Bring on the London to Paris ride next year...
